Nuestras fábricas de silicona cuentan con equipos de última generación, como 50 prensas hidráulicas, 50 máquinas de moldeo por inyección y 3 máquinas herramienta CNC, capaces de gestionar procesos de producción complejos. Con 21 años de experiencia en productos de silicona y plástico, nos apasiona crear productos bonitos, seguros y funcionales. Por ello, hemos creado un laboratorio interno dentro de nuestra fábrica de silicona para mejorar las medidas de control de calidad y garantizar que nuestros productos cumplen nuestros elevados estándares desde su concepción hasta su finalización.

Nuestra fábrica de silicona alberga a un equipo de 20 especialistas en I+D que se dedican a impulsar nuestras innovaciones, introduciendo más de 1.000 nuevos diseños y siendo titulares de más de 500 patentes cada año.JEWELIVES se ha ganado la reputación de trabajar con más de 20 marcas y minoristas líderes en productos infantiles de la UE y EE.UU.
